Shipping Policy:

Orders placed at Oh Sensa are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days upon receiving your order. We exclusively ship orders via Canada Post. Please note that customers are responsible for covering shipping charges unless the minimum spend is reached to qualify for complimentary shipping.

For orders below $75 CAD, a flat shipping fee of $15.50 CAD will be applied. Orders totaling $75 CAD or more qualify for free shipping.

Damages & Mis-ships:

Upon receiving your shipment, it is crucial to carefully inspect and confirm the contents. Any claims regarding discrepancies or damaged items must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods. In the event of damage during transit, it's imperative to retain the original packaging so that we can initiate a report with the carrier. This policy covers mis-ships, damages, and defective items. Returns:

Returns require prior authorization and a unique RA# issued by Oh Sensa. Please reach out to us for authorization and detailed instructions on how to proceed. Defective goods will either be replaced or credited to your account. However, please note that Oh Sensa cannot accept returns for the following reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Used merchandise due to health and safety concerns
  • Damaged packaging
  • Articles of clothing, lingerie, latex accessories, or costumes
  • Testers or display models
  • Products missing components, accessories, or any other original piece
  • Items not in the manufacturer’s original packaging
  • Products with an expiration date, such as personal lubricants, contraceptives, and edible items.

Tax Collection for U.S. Orders:

Starting January 1, 2025, Shop app automatically collect, file, and remit taxes for all orders shipped to or within the United States. This applies to orders placed through the Shop app using Shop Pay.

Please note that this tax collection process is entirely managed by the Shop app and is beyond our control. Even if taxes are not charged on our website, the Shop app will still collect and remit taxes for U.S. orders as a separate process.
