We ship to Canada and USA from Canada, specifically BC.

 

How long will it take for my product to arrive?

  • If you live in the BC Lower Mainland, your product should arrive in 2 business days.
  • If you live in BC, outside the Lower Mainland, your product should arrive in 3 business days.
  • If you live in Alberta, your product should arrive in 4 business days.
  • If you live in Saskatchewan, your product should arrive in 4-5 business days.
  • If you live in Manitoba, your product should arrive in 4-5 business days.
  • If you live in Ontario, your product should arrive in 5-6 business days.
  • If you live in Quebec, your product should arrive in 6-7 business days.
  • If you live in the Maritimes, your product should arrive in 6-7 business days. 
  • If you live in the USA, shipping time varies.

 

What if I don't receive my order?

We provide shipping with a tracking number. Once the shipping status is marked as "received," we are not responsible for any lost items.

 

If shipping to the USA from Canada, do I need to pay duty free?

When shipping goods from Canada to the US, the customs entry type depends on the value of the shipment. If it's valued at $800 or less, it's duty-free.

 

What is your return policy?

Due to the intimate nature of the products, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective. If a product is found to be defective, please inform us within 10 days of receiving the product to obtain a product return form. A replacement product will be shipped to you free of charge, however, the customer is responsible for shipping to us.

 

How can I cancel my order or update the delivery address?

Once your order has been processed, we regret to inform you that it cannot be canceled. We advise reviewing your address carefully before confirming the order.

 

Is there a physical store where I can purchase Oh Sensa products?

No, Oh Sensa operates exclusively as an online e-commerce retailer. All our products are shipped directly from our warehouse to customers. We do not have a physical storefront and are not open to the public.

 

Do you accept phone orders?

You will have access to a personalized affiliate dashboard where you can track your clicks, sales, and commissions in real-time. This dashboard provides valuable insights into the performance of your affiliate marketing efforts.

 

How do I get paid?

Commissions are typically paid out on a monthly basis through PayPal once you reach a minimum payout threshold of $30.Make sure to set up your payment details in your affiliate account to ensure timely payments.
